Cast the First Stone by Ray Woodward

Hardcover, UK First Edition | 1st Printing | 1996 | Publisher: Book Guild Ltd.

An exceptional and deeply personal signed and dated first edition from Ray Woodward, published by the distinguished independent press Book Guild Ltd. This copy carries an intimate handwritten inscription from the author — "Dear June, With Love and Best wishes, Ray Woodward. The originator of Storky!! September 1996" — giving it genuine provenance and making it a one-of-a-kind artefact. Independent press first editions from the 1990s, particularly with such personal inscriptions, are exceedingly rare on the collector's market.

Condition: As New throughout, with only a few minor finger marks on pages 19–20. Dust cover present but will show signs of previous ownership.

A truly unique signed and inscribed copy — the kind of book with a story behind it, and an exceptional price point for such a rare and personal piece.
