Murder on the Christmas Express by Alexandra Benedict

A brilliantly festive first edition of the most talked-about Christmas crime novel of the year, from Alexandra Benedict — the acclaimed crime writer also known as Alex Marwood, author of The Wicked Girls (winner of the Edgar Award). Murder on the Christmas Express is a deliciously classic locked-room mystery set aboard a snowbound overnight train travelling through Scotland on Christmas Eve — when a passenger is found murdered and no one can leave. Evoking the Golden Age of Agatha Christie and the festive spirit of a Penguin Christmas classic, it is a hugely satisfying seasonal mystery that combines proper whodunit plotting with real emotional depth.
